McTavish F4 9`1`` SLX

All new for 2008, the F4 is the next generation in performance longboarding. This board is light, thin and fast, with a Quad fin option for those looking to loosen things up and take speed to the next level. This board is super fast, and carves off the bottom like a knife with its pin-tail template and hard edges in the tail. The 17" nose will even let you sneak in a quick noseride! This is one for the performance guy looking for great off-the-tail performance, and down-the-line speed!

SLX is an all new construction that brings together the best elements of EPS and Epoxy, like reduced weight and added strength, without the common side-effects of excessive stiffness, or lack of feel. The result of the unique construction process gives a very light-weight board, that retains an excellent flex pattern, as well as adding a little extra buoyancy. Performance on these boards is very dynamic, as they are fast and responsive, communicating with the rider at a higher level. SLX technology is a step towards the future of high-performance surfboard construction.
