Die Slimline Leash Serie ist das Aushängeschild von Ocean Earth. Sie ergänzt die One Piece Konstruktion der robusten XT-One One Piece Leashes um ein schmaleres und leichteres Leash Cuff und Railsaver Design, was zu einer merklichen Gewichtsreduzierung führt. Dadurch sind die Slimline Leashes noch angenehmer im Tragekomfort und noch weniger störend beim Surfen.
Die Ultralight Variante der Slimline One Piece Leash ist die dünnste und leichteste Leash von Ocean Earth in Competition Stärke - weniger Leash geht nicht!
Alle Leashlines der One Piece Leashes von Ocean Earth sind aus einem Stück gegossen und benötigen dadurch keine Kunststoff Ummantelung im Verbindungsstück zum Drehgelenk. So wird der Schwachpunkt “herkömmlicher” Leashes umgangen. Das Resultat ist eine extrem leichte und doch zuverlässige Leash, der man auch dann noch vertrauen kann, wenn andere Surfer schon zu einer dickeren Leash greifen. Der Cuff am Knöchel ist ergonomisch geformt, äußerst dünn und innen mit Silikon beschichtet um ein Verrutschen zu verhindern.
Mehr Tragekomfort und weniger Wasserwiderstand geht kaum, allerdings bietet sich die Leash eher für Shortboards und kleinere Wellen an. Zumindest etwas mehr Wellen Range bietet die einen halben Millimeter dickere Ocean Earth Slimline Lightweight Comp One-XT 6ft. Für größeren Surf oder schwerere Surfbretter empfehlen wir nach wie vor zur robusteren Allround Leash von Ocean Earth, der One-XT 6ft, zu greifen.
