Torq Surfboards wurde durch seine einsteigerfreundlichen Shapes, vielfältigen Designs und der extrem soliden und doch relativ leichten TET Epoxy Bauweise bekannt. Insbesondere das Mod Fun ist eines unserer beliebtesten Anfänger Surfboards.
Mit den Jahren ist die Modell- und Technologiepalette sehr stark gewachsen, sodass Surfer jedes Surflevels einen passenden Wellenreiter von Torq finden können. Sogar ausgewählte Channel Islands Shapes gibt es in der exklusiven Torq X-Lite Technologie.
Torq bietet mittlerweile fünf verschiedene Bauweisen an:

ACT - Leichteste und hochwertigste Bauweise für erfahrene, anspruchsvolle Surfer
Soft Deck - Reine Anfängerboards mit weichem Deck für reduzierte Verletzungsgefahr
TEC Epoxy - Epoxy Boards mit Stringer für optimales Flexverhalten - für fortgeschrittene Surfer
TET Epoxy - Die "klassische" Torq-Bauweise mit Kunstoff-Sandwich-Schicht. Etwas steif, dafür extrem robust - die beste Wahl für Einsteiger
TET-CS Epoxy - Minimal leichter, aber genauso robust wie die TET Bauweise
X-Lite - Noch leichter, aber auch etwas weniger robust wie die TET-CS Bauweise
